ugh, mike, that call was bullshit. why did he suddenly change his mind like that? clearly didn't originally think he got the plate.
maybe he saw barrett scramble for the ball and then tag holliday and based his call on that

i only made two predictions last night, pre-game:
if jorge julio pitches, he will get shelled (seeing him come in reminds me of arthur rhodes or armando benitez in the playoffs)
trevor hoffman will blow any save of less than 3 runs
that call was bullshit though. why do you delay the safe call like that unless you think he missed the plate?
