Wonder Why George Mitchell Never Interviewed This Guy

You know, George Mitchell, the objective and thorough investigator assigned by Bud Selig to investigate PEDs in baseball. Who also happens to be a VP on the board of the Boston Red Sox, and found no evidence of any Red Sox ever cheating but focused his investigation solely on New York.

Lou Merloni, former Red Sox, describes a team meeting in which the Sox arranged for a doctor to show players the proper way to take steroids.

Guess Paxton Crawford - who Mitchell didn't even investigate - wasn't totally full of shit.

You have no proof that he didn't investigate Crawford or the Sox. And no proof that this meeting ever happened. It's all hearsay and you're just spreading rumors.

Crawford was one of the few players who admitted steroid use *before* the Mitchell Report, and said it was widespread and known amongst his Red Sox teammates. The Mitchell Report listed his name because "he admitted using" PEDs, but they never followed up on or investigated any of his claims.

There was a VP of the Red Sox in charge of this report, one of the few players who was an admitted user was a Red Sox, and yet there were no Red Sox named in the report.

Believe whatever you want, but if you really get your jollies just trolling this blog I'm seriously considering looking into banning you because it's growing tiresome.

Ha ha, you're going to ban me? I don't know if I'll be able to sleep at night.

You put yourself out there bitching and whining about various members of the media and organizations while coming off as the baseball police. Sorry if you don't like someone picking apart some of the nonsense that you say like you do to others.

And I know all about Mitchell, Crawford, the Red Sox...etc. I'm just saying that you have no proof that he didn't investigate them and come up empty or felt Crawford wasn't worthy of his report. It's your opinion that you use to promote your own agenda. While I agree with it, it's more fun to call you out when you're guilty of the same thing you rip other for. I'm like the Robin Hood of blogs!

All you do is set up straw man arguments. You claim I'm saying something I'm not and then proceed to attack me for it.

Crawford was never interviewed and although he was asked to appear, his claims were never investigated. That is in the Mitchell Report.

Wow~ You actually threaten to ban Rex because he calls you out? Sometimes he is right, sometimes not, but one would hope this is an open forum of discussion. You give your opinions here, and it seems fair for others to give theirs even if contradictory. Come on Glory-hole, you know you can be an a-hole. As can be Rex. Personally I find the banter amusing. It is one of the reasons I get my "jollies trolling this blog." You get to the point you start banning people because they don't agree with you and I would be very disappointed. What is this; China?

Dude, I was trolling Rex when I said I would ban him. I don't even think it's possible to do so.
