It's Time to send Joba Back to the Bullpen
Look, I know Joba has looked better of late, but let's face facts - the guy is a reliever. He came up as a reliever, succeded as a reliever, and when he was moved to the rotation his numbers suffered and he got hurt. He's a big, heavyset guy - do we really want to see him out there every five days huffing and puffing through the 4th inning? Amen! IPK is also right behind Hughes.
Finally, an Fool's joke I can get behind. Joba got a ridiculously small sentence in court considering he was way hammered and had an open container of alcohol, but as a STARTER for the Yanks that seems somehow OK. No grudge against the bottom of the ROTATION.
It's nice to be rich and famous. Funny how the people who don't need it seem to get hooked up the most. Strange world we live in. I'm glad it's over, but they should have given him a much larger fine to send a message.
Wow. I can't believe people aren't totally embarrassed to say stuff like this anymore when it is so clear that they are wrong. Wow, you have a set of brass ones.
How many people do you think didn't get that this was an April Fool's joke? I mean there isn't even one statistic to back up my position. :D
The team still needs a reliable late inning reliever. Bruney, Coke, and Marte aren't going to do it. They need Chamberlain or someone like him in late innings. They will not win otherwise. Hank and Hal are not George, so nobody will get fired.
