The Squirrel Returns
Sixth inning, same spot as before, on the foul pole netting.
Forget the Rally Monkey. I'm declaring the Squirrel the official Yankees mascot.
Edit: He's lucky already. 2 seconds after I hit submit anointing the new mascot, A-Rod hits a massive upper deck shot. Man that ball got outta here in a hurry. I mean anything travels that far ought to have a damn stewardess on it.

I finally looked back in my game posts and of the season happened on Good Friday (April 6). I don't know if the YES cameras picked up on it during that game. The little guy also didn't hang around long (there weren't that many people in the stands so he probably found somewhere to go).
The Yanks lost that game, but the next day A-Rod hit his first walk-off of the season. So maybe he is some sort of good omen.
