Game One Instant Analysis
The guys we were supposed to worry about this year - Posada, Matsui, Cano - looked great. Let's hope their injuries (in the two former) and refusal to take walks (in the latter) are behind them.
As for the studs we weren't supposed to worry about... well, Teixiera and Sabathia didn't look like Sabathia and Teixiera.
Of course it's only game one, so any over analysis is using a small sample size to extrapolate too much information.
The encouraging signs are that everybody seems healthy.
